how about sitting at a board meeting and one of the members always
has his on vibe then ring? sets it on the hard table and if it vibrates,
he just sits there until it rings, usually twice before he picks it up.
i'm thinking about sending him a text next time and tell him to shut it off.
very rude as far i'm concerned.
