Farmland, IN
Brock, you are right, the boot is designed to press down in the bottom to create a groove, works well, even in dry conditions. I bought a Liebrecht plow last year and love it. Pull it with a 9200 Deere. The key do doing a good job on holding grade is driving slow, around .8 to 1.0 mph seems about right for me. The Liebrechts are great people to work with, also. Will come to the field as many times as needed to get you going and feeling comfortable with it. If you have more questions, drop me a line, my email is in my profile. Todd.
