I'll watch it later tonight when I have time. But just based on the table of contents it is worth watching, whether a person ends up agreeing with part or all of it or not. Looks like it is leaning towards a high or all meat diet. Wife and I are leaning in that direction also. We have really cut back on the veggies starting a couple months ago and the last month cut back even more.
