That is GREAT Dave. That is phenomenol and I'm not even sure I can speel it right.
Only two things that surprise me in that report. That your HDL did not go up (mine did) and that your results were THAT drastic in that short of time.
In many ways I am right in there with you, from pant size etc. But you have had even more impressive results than I did in half year of the diet. I would think the reason for that is I have been big time diabetic for a long time and I think it will take a long time (if ever) to fully reverse that damage.
Way to go man. You got a new lease on life, just like me.
I see you got the new particle count for your cholesterol. I'll have to request that when I get my blood work done again later this spring.
Get yourself and your wife a CAC scan. That is not medical advice, just friend to friend advice. Check the internet for a good hospital. Should be under 100 bucks. Your insurance probably will not pay for it.
