I would turn off my internet connection to the computer. Forever.
I would buy some sort of credit monitoring service.
I would get a different computer.
I would be very careful about how and what I transfer to a new computer.
If you updated your passwords for anything via this computer, Any good coder/scammer was just collecting the new passwords as you set them up.
