| We looked into the rotary this year before we bought the 2 new headers for our swathers. A night lost in grass seed is more than we can tolerate, and for some darn reason 12mph just dont appeal to us at night. You'll out run your lights, not mention your tired eyes at that speed.
There was one demo'd next to us this year after we bought our new heads, the folks that used it, figured they lost all the time gained swathing when the combine kept slugging. Seems you have to maintain the 12mph or it wont work in seed, it'll bunch and shatter. | |
