Pittsburg, Kansas | One part white Oaxaca cheese, add to it two more parts Oaxaca cheese, and add some more Oaxaca cheese to taste. That's it. A little milk or creme if it is too thick.
You can spice it up with some different chillis or some green specs to make it look pretty. Or wife says add some white cheddar if you want a little more flavor.
Velveta is for the heathens and unwashed (attempt at humor - nobody stone me if you use Velveta).
