Western Oregon | My heart doctor "allows" me to have olives. He says they are good for my heart and many other benefits. I too like the mixed ones, in olive oil and herbs. Not much for stuffed of any king Says eggs are good too. Especially my oat fed hens eggs or Egglands best. Only added fats are extra virgin cold pressed olive oil and pastured milk butter. I don't tolerate cows milk, was raised on goats milk since 3 days old. Have always kept a goat or 2 and made our own butter....James
