That disconnect he's working on is mounted very low.
I didn't look up NEC code.
Does that meet your local code?
If you were in snow country, that would be too low.
Running the output cable of that disconnect horizontally up & into the wall is a rather amateur move.
Were they short on cable so they couldn't route it in a more professional manner?
