South Central MN | I love the old style that cooks very slowly. To me, eleven hours is about right to make pulled beef. On that note, my daughter made the most incredible beef sandwiches in her crockpot. Put in a roast (the leaner, the better), a packet of onion soup mix, a packet of hidden valley ranch (the powder), and a jar of pepperncinis (spelling may be wrong) with most of the juice. Cook all day very slowly in the crockpot...soooooo good! | |
