If you open Settings app,
Scroll down to ‘safari’
Somewhere in the menus is something about allowing cookies. I thought there was also an option to clear or keep cookies after each use but I don’t see that on my version now.
This site, as others, uses cookies to remeber you so it needs to remeber the NAT cookie.
