You can save as a pdf but I don’t like that. Get a virtual pdf printer. Lots of them available. I will link an article.
All you do is have it as a printer. And it gives you choices like landscape or scaling and it is pretty easy to get it in a form you like. It prints but not initially to paper, it will produce a pdf which you can then save or print or whatever.
