Western-Central Lower Michigan | Windows 10 does not necessarily save/reuse your drivers, I think they use "generic" drivers for older computers. Check with your computer's business website and see if they have drivers for Win 10, even Win 8. It may be the driver has not worked and it cant connect to the net, thus connecting to any server. Also, try connecting via a direct cable from the modem, not wireless or through a router. If you are connecting wireless, this would be the first place I would look.
Of course you will have to use a different computer to do this and download the driver(s) to a USB stick.
Usually microsoft will tell you there is an issue with upgrading your computer if the drivers arent available.
