| Hi there. May have a use for a few of these wheels from surplus center, but cant figure out the bearing from the picture. It says it is a ball bearing, but the picture looks like if I put a bolt trough it and tightened the nut, the wheel would be locked up. ? Any hints before I call'm on it?
