If your pivot runs only forward, try deporting the nozles so that they spray behind the wheels.
If it runs both ways, deporting the nozzles both ways and having an electric valve to close the nozzle ahead would be a solution.
Putting a smaller nozzle in the driveway, so that it is less watered could be a further step to consider.
