Without seeing the actual emails that you are getting there is a good chance the hack hasn't taken place yet but they are phishing and hoping that you click on a link in the email and give them your login credentials. Mischievous people have learned it is a lot easier to beat the human mind instead of the computer and basically rely on the naivety of people to do the "hack." The lesson here is if you get a suspicious email DO NOT click on the links in the email but instead go directly to the providers site to perform an account changes. |
