You got that right. High noon is somewhere around 1:15-1:30
I hate and like the switch to dst in Indiana.

Only thing I like about is, I have the extra hour of daylight in the evenings for field work after my 40 hour a week day job.

The thing I hate about is I use to get up at 5:00 and work in the garden for an hour or 2 before going to work at my 40 hour a week day job.

As for changing any clocks. I personally don't change a single one. I just add on an hour to the time on the clock in the truck, tractor, combine and car I drive for my 40 hours a week day job. That's just my little protest to Indiana DST.
