You just put the solution in you post.  Transparent dust!!!  Now how to go about getting it to have transparency or maybe just blame in on something else in the air such as oh, say carbon.  Prior to all the carbon buildup in the air we did not see dust, so the real solution is to reduce the carbon in the air, improving dust transparency, hence problem solved.

Just maybe we can research and write a paper for a government grant for further studies!!
