Callao, Missouri | We have a tower on our south farm. I have been told that they actually control all the ground under the guy wires as well, meaning that we are farming on their ground. I have never investigated whether we are supposed to be further compensated, in fact I have often worried that some other company will take over the tower and prohibit us from doing field operations within the guy wires. Weaving around the wires and trying to make end rows at that area as well can be challenging, but it's still good soil.
