| im on my blackberry tethered to my laptop right now... works great.
I have verizon with the blackberry curve. I can use the usb cable that came with the phone and then use a program called VZAccess to connect to verizon broadband. It work really good and is almost as fast as the cable internet i had. I no longer have cable internet and use just this for my internet now.
Now it will depend on where you are, location wise, if you will be able to get broadband or not. I would consult your phone dealer. I do have to pay more to be able to "tether" to my laptop. | |
