Lubbock, Texas | did the router come from your ISP....if so and they support it you could call them
if the router is not from your ISP then you need to contact netgear......and the setup CD from your ISP will not do anything for the router
from netgear this is how to reset your router to like new out of the box with everyones favorite "admin" and "password"

after the above steps you will need to set it all back up like when it was new out of the box
