I made a air lift with a lathe chuck that holds the rim and rotates it slowly while you stand and hold a powered buffer
Works really good
Retired and no longer need it
Has a foot pedal switch to start and stop rotation
It is powered by a 110 volt motor attached to a right angle gear box
