If you like snokeling we were told that Hanauma Bay is pretty good, and I think you just walk out from the beach. We didn't do this but it was highly recommended if you want to snokel. This is located between where you are staying and Honolulu.
If it was me I would go to another island at least for a few days, if you can. Only cost us $33 a ticket to go to the big island/Kona. Tour guide told that there is a clothing optional bench on the northeast side of Oahu. Strictly against the law but I guess the law doesn't "look" there!
