Cass Co. ND		If it freezes ANYTIME IN SEPTEMBER, there will be drastically light weight corn. Knee high corn by july 10 does not bode well for ND.

Big yields happen when tasseling happens in July, with good moisture. Not the middle of August. Here anyway.
