| The cloud is good for backing up, but it is best used when sharing data across users or devices. You can buy a good external hard drive from Amazon for as little as $50. Then you don't have to worry about your information being on an outside source.
Just my 2 cents. My motto when teaching computer classes -Computers are like horses, everyone that owns one is an expert and no one is wrong so do what works for you.
