Might be the antilock brake brains on the trailer. My 15 Timpte brake lite( that little amber one on the left side rear) wouldn’t work right when I got inspected at the Olathe Ks scales. My dealer and I already knew about it and had a new part ordered. If I remember correctly it wasn’t cheap either. Thinking it was over $1000.00 for that little piece of junk.
