Fairly simple permitting process in Iowa, unsure about Illinois. You'll save 20-30 cents on the summer fill compared to bobtail. 10-15 cents savings for loads taken in season. Installed an 18k a year ago. Not the worlds greatest ROI, but if your on the younger side or have a next generation coming up behind you it'll be there for the long haul.
