East of Broken Bow | I have a niece who is lactose intolerant, so her cakes are milk free. My favorite so far, has been an 'oatmeal' cake. They are made without milk, and margarine instead of butter. If done right, they are delicious, and really moist.
Edit to add, I don't think they have a family recipe, they picked on off the internet, as far as I know.
