We’ve had issue with tanks that fill from the top with some herbicides even with defoamer. If your inlet drops herbicide in from the top and there’s a way you can put in a drop tube or bottom fill, that may fix your problem.
We also use the lower use rate for our defoamer, if yours has a use rate range, maybe consider bumping it up for some herbicides
