Subject: RE: RMA Announces Change to Haying and Grazing Date for Prevented Planting Acres Planted to a Cover

Western Ky.
Soybeans "for hay" here in Ky. The whole government crop insurance scam is a joke. How can a person take prevented planting when his neighbor across the fence or road got his crop planted and up? IMHO this program puts the country's food source at risk as it allows the big operators to get bigger and bigger. Now a year like this comes along and the big operators are unable to get part of their crop planted. Too big to fail worked great for the banks in the last recession and seems like it will be more of the same in agriculture this year. I guess I am pi$$ED after seeing some of my soybeans going under water with more rain comming. No crop insurance here.
