Subject: RE: Southeasern Drought Guys?

South Eastern VA
We started our year out VERY Wet, mudded the crop in, then we had a month of no rain and 95 degrees almost every day. Like I said before it rains almost every afternoon now and my corn may be getting the ax at anytime.

Tomorrow will be the last time I give it one more chance. It’s mostly brown and uneven.

Every day I say out loud, “I think I might be able to get my grass cut today” then everyday at 3 or 4 o-clock the sky turns black and we flood. Lol

It wasn’t supposed to rain today but the sky off to the southwest is black? We getting spotty showers that just pop up out of nowhere...so I’ll get rain at home my buddy down the road a couple miles got zero.

Typical summer for me.
