It's just too thin to have any kind of integrity to it. I've got a 1 1/2"X4'X8' piece of plate here that came out of the USN scrap pile at the shipyard and I can bow it if I get to pulling on it hard enough. I'm going to weld some 12" I-beams under it for strength.
What's this welding tble worth?
