Waterhemp is about 3", how big of a window do I have to spray liberty? Will use outlook as my second residual and it'll have to get me to canopy. Beans are also about 3" tall. Would rather not make 2 passes with liberty but I should be able to spray tomorrow then several days of rain in the forecast. Thanks
