Prevented Planted
Due to widespread flooding or excessive moisture being prevalent in Seneca County approval to utilize a deadline extension for Prevented Planting was approved. This exception allows producers with or without crop insurance or NAP coverage to file their CCC-576 no later than the final acreage reporting date. Corn and Soybeans have until July 15th to request Prevented Planting and Report Planted Acreages at the Farm Service Agency.
