NC		It's the new fad. Half of them live in a 500 sq ft apartment and have multiple dogs they keep locked up inside all day and then take them everywhere so they can crap on other people's property. Stepped in a big pile of crap in the middle of a street at a festival in downtown Raleigh a couple of years ago. Thousands of people around and no one seemed to care, needless to say I made a scene and don't plan on going back. I can understand stepping on it somewhere else, but someone had to see it happen because dogs don't crap on the run, and all these granola crunching save the world people think it's natural I guess. You could say People that take their dog everywhere is a petpieve of mine as well.
