You are replying in typical industry fashion-willing to put a guy in jail over pennies but smile and wave at the guy driving by that just frauded the industry $100,000+.
I repeat-in the example given, he will not have a loss due to late planting in that unit. I know he has enterprise units-10% late in 1 unit does not constitute a loss. I did not recommend he lie about planting date in other section.
You obviously are promoting defrauding crop insurance by encouraging the insured to misreport his planting dates. That and your apparent knowledge of a fraudulent claim in excess of $100,000
speaks volumes. Have you called the RMA fraud hotline with your information? |
