SC Wisconsin | I grew up on Lake Michigan and the lake levels are approaching historic high levels. Superior is at historic highs now. All this water is coming your way and explains the bulk of the problem you see. I remember the same discussions back in the 1980's in this area blaming the current levels on lake level controls. Fact is the outlets can only handle so much water.
