STO had 80 acres he planted once and flooded out and he wanted to PP it. Crop insurance said no. so he replanted yesterday. BTO had 700 surrounding him that they never got any planted the first time, could have all been, and they were allowed to PP.
some do not carry any insurance-you would have to see there tax return to know if they are insured or not
PP, it just ain't right!
