For the first time ever, I decided to intentionally tune into an NBA game. As luck would have it there was 9 seconds left in the final quarter.... and took 5 minutes to play SMH... can someone explain what the deal was at the end. I get that there was a fowl with .9 seconds left ( if I remember right) , so Toronto got a free throw. The guy got the basket to put TO by 3 with 0:00 on the clock. ... so why did GS get possession again? I mean there was mathematically no way they could get 3 points with no time left on the clock?? Unless I missed something?? ( its possible there was actaully time of the clock, I didn't have my glasses on and was squinting to read the score even LOL )
GS received a Technical foul when they called a Timeout when they didn't have one remaining with .9 of a second left.
Toronto was going to shoot a one foul shot and receive the ball out of bounds when I went to bed.
Are you sure GS received the ball when they were only down by three? |
