I seem to recall flipping the isolation power switch (on the back of the unit) off then back on has gotten it to boot up when nothing else would, for me. The downside was that I think I lost all of my settings and had to re-enter them. Hopefully you have them all written down or stored on a USB drive. I did not the first time it happened, unfortunately.
