Hancock County IL | Ive had that problem before with a 4630, but not to the extent you describe. You should be able to go 14-15mph and hold 15gpa. Like other said, check the two strainers, I have also had a spray jug lid foil get down into the hole in the tank, make sure the valve under the tank is all the way open, as well as the valve back on the boom, also check the boom restrictor. When you shut off the agitator switch does that change anything? You might need to choke down that agitator hand valve some to reduce the flow. I usually run ours wide open when I'm spraying 10-12 GPA and cut it down to half when I'm going up to 15gpa+, otherwise you run out of pump capacity to agitate and spray at the same time. | |
