Carter Montana | I don't know about the bottom paragraph, but we had the same date problem.
Our Insight would change the date without our knowledge and we wound up with a bunch of screwed up dates. It did it several times before I figured it out. We had 2106. A new Motherboard had to be installed under warranty. The unit has been fine ever since and I just changed the logged file dates in SMS.
The problem was a pain to figure out but they have an excellent warranty program. | |
