Do the sensors tick? Do they show a reading on the display or show NC or NR?

Most of the problems are the wires cut to the sensors. If the tick they have power and ground. You may just need to do a re-tune. The procedure is in the manual. Ya, I tried to make a joke like the book. It isn’t too bad and may take a few tries to get through the menu structure to the re-tune and holding the switch for 10 minutes isn’t much fun either.

I agree if you can’t get it give Norac a call. The company is out of Canada but the place in Minneapolis is real good at walking you through the procedure.

My personal preference is the Raven system but I have worked on a lot more of them so I understand them better.
