Will your farm (including drown out areas) yield above your insurance guarantee? If yes pour the coals to it and worry about moisture. If not save your money and drying costs. That is my plan.
I’d look at it this way also. Especially if you have drying capacity. Get every bushel this year if you think you will be above an insurance claim. We have added extra N already in sidedress on good looking corn so far
