I have had sucess with the trap like John posted above. I had a big angry coon trapped above a barn hill. But by morning it had rolled the trap (with coon inside) over a 8' drop off the side of barn hill. And another 75' beyond trying to escape. I was very impressed the trap held it. It has a spring loaded latch the keeps trap closed.
