Did it derate? If it is a fuel rail pressure code I’d suspect a blown relief valve on end of fuel rail. If they get a spike in pressure they pop and won’t resent themselves thus allowing leakage and a loss of pressure. Don’t ask me how I know.... had one cause issues on a 8.4 sisu in a combine.
