Subject: Ferris IS3100z electrical issue

So I have this mower and PTO stopped working. I replaced the PTO clutch, all switches, both relays, PTO switch and time delay module. Here is what is happening now. Starts great. Engine will die if try and release brake. Also, when I pull the pto seitch the blade starts to engage then engine bogs and starts to die. The only other electrical thing that occurred when The pto clutch died initially the number 2 fuse fried, melted ( the grey wire position on the wiring diagram). I replaced the fuse holder and linkage too. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
