Subject: Weather Pattern

SC Sask
Back in 1988 we had a dry year. Dad says 1/2" all year. Now we are normally not super wet (9"-12" in season precip) but '88 was excessively dry. This year is looking at doing the same thing. we had a late April snow storm that saved our bacon, but gonna need some rain soon. however, that weather pattern switches quite dramatically somewhere halfway through Montana and just as you guys in corn country, it is anything but dry.

My question for NAT, is this year's weather pattern similar to 1988? if you are really wet this year, were you really wet in '88? If you are dry this year.......you guys get the point

Thanks for the info
