| Corn in ground that was worked smooth, good placement. Beans in both no till and worked. Worked ground extremely cloddy. Just wanted some dirt covering seed with 10 days of rain in forecast. Rained less than half of what was forecast, but since we were forecast for 7 or 8 inches, the several rains got all the cloddy beans up nicely.
Would never plant in clods like "that" again unless presented with the same scenario. | |
