Texas | Encountered some of our crazy steers and a bull that have zero respect for fences. They got out in the highway after busting through numerous fences. Two of the guys on horseback gave up and so did the horses. I managed to catch up with the cattle as they continued heading eastward. At first they refused to stop for me, but eventually they did. Once again, they showed how fences mean nothing to them. Right on through the barbed wire they went. We’re hoping they’ll be among the first in the next group to be sold. Just thankful nobody got hurt. | |
